Durashield HD Series seals address heavy duty processing applications while reducing material loss and maintaining bearing integrity. The unique design and configurable options deliver an effective sealing solution for any processing application. 
Designed to handle higher shaft speeds, excessive face pressure, shaft misalignment and run-out while maintaining a positive seal in temperatures from -60°F to 600°F.

HD Seals are an effective sealing solution for wet, dry, powder or slurry processing environments and are widely used throughout the Dairy, Food, Clinical, Mineral and Chemical processing industries.

• Standard production shaft sizes from 0.500” to 6.00” (metric sizing is also available)
• Custom designs and additional larger shaft sizes up to 20" are available upon request.
• Durashield Shaft Seals come in Fully-Split, Semi-Split & Non-Split configurations.
