Prices
Prices quoted on custom seals are valid for 15 days. Afterwards, all prices are subject to change without notice.  Prices quoted for standard inventory items are valid for the duration of the official price list.  (Revised twice yearly)  AGD Products, Inc. (AGD) reserves the right to sell directly to customers and through distribution channels acceptable to us. AGD reserves the right to improve its products through changes in construction or materials without being obligated to incorporate such changes, or make exchanges in products already manufactured.

Payment Terms
All orders over $5,000 require a 25% deposit. We accept Visa or MasterCard or can ship COD. All orders outside of the United States must be prepaid. Credit terms are reserved for established distributors and approved OEM’s which are 2% 10 Net 30 days. A service charge of 15% per annum will be assessed on all invoices over 30 days.

Minimum Charges
Minimum charge is $50.00 net per order.

Custom Orders

All custom orders will require the following: A DURA-SHIELD Application Sheet approved by AGD Engineering.  Customer final approval of drawings. Any changes made after final approval will be charged additional design time, production time or both.


Shipping
All shipments are F.O.B. Warminster, PA 18974 .Carriers are responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Consignee should immediately notify the carrier of such loss or damage. The method of shipment will be United Parcel Service (UPS), unless otherwise directed by the customer.

Cancellations
All order cancellations must be made in writing to our Customer Service Department (fax 215-682-9644). If written cancellation is received before production has begun, the order will be considered canceled, the customer will be billed for time and materials incurred for pre-production activities (this includes, but is not limited to: CADD time, design time, manufacturing etc…).  If written cancellation is received after shipping, the customer must follow the returns procedure outlined below.

Returns

All returns require a Return Authorization Number issued by our Customer Service Department (877-243-7325, Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm Eastern Time). AGD Products, Inc. assumes no responsibility for items returned without a Return Authorization Number. Any credit resulting from a return can be applied to future purchases only.

  • Only stock items purchased within the last three months are eligible for return unless approved by AGD Products, Inc.
  • Non-stock items (this includes special order items and custom orders) are not eligible for return at any time.
  • Returns must be securely wrapped and insured.  Customer must pre-pay shipping charges.
  • Upon receipt and examination of the returned seals, AGD will issue a credit based upon the original purchase price less any freight charges. Additionally, returns may be subject to a 10% re-stocking charge. If the return is the result of an AGD shipping error, AGD will pay shipping charges and waive the 10% re-stocking charge
